    Тренінг особистісного розвитку

    У навчально-методичних матеріалах розглядається використання тренінгових технологій у системі вищої освіти як одного з ефективних інтерактивних методів навчання. Підкреслюється, що сучасний освітній процес передбачає застосування різноманітних активних форм роботи, зокрема ділових ігор, кейс-завдань, мозкового штурму та тренінгів, які сприяють не лише засвоєнню знань, а й розвитку комунікативних і соціальних навичок здобувачів освіти. Охарактеризовано специфіку тренінгу як групової форми роботи, у якій основна увага приділяється практичному опрацюванню знань, умінь і навичок на основі особистого досвіду учасників. Обґрунтовано доцільність упровадження практичної частини «Тренінгу особистісного розвитку» у форматі формувального експерименту-тренінгу, який передбачає створення інтерактивного психоемоційного середовища, розвиток міжособистісної взаємодії та формування соціальних установок учасників освітнього процесу.

    Digital Art Collections of Libraries of Higher Education Institutions

    Digital collections of artistic direction are of great value to society from cultural, social and economicpoints of view. The article aims to study the existing digital art collections created by libraries of higher education institutions, to analyse the subject matter, structure, assess the scope, accessibility and usability.Methods. The study was conductedon the basis of a content analysis of 5 digital art collections launched by libraries of leading higher education institutions of Ukraine: National University of Kyiv-Mohyla Academy, Ukrainian Catholic University, Scientific Library of Yurii Fedkovych Chernivtsi National University, Kyiv National University of Culture and Arts, Kharkiv State Academy of Design and Arts. Results. A content analysis of digital art collections of libraries of higher education institutions of Ukraine was conducted. Integration into the scientific and educational space of the studied collections occurs mainly through their use in the educational process and research practices, which allows us to state that the potential of the studied resources remains only partially realized. Conclusions. It was found that digital art collections are currently presented in a rather fragmentary manner within the framework of local digital projects of individual higher education institutions. The main problematic aspects of the technical, technological and organizational implementation of digital art collections were identified. Directions for their development were proposed.

    University Libraries of Ukraine as Key Stakeholders in Developing the Open Science Ecosystem

    Objective.The purpose of the study is to elaborate on the conceptual foundations for the effective development of the open Science ecosystem by university libraries in Ukraine. The research demonstrates that the unique potential of university libraries enables themto effectively shape all components of the Open Science ecosystem, thereby promoting Ukraine’s accelerated integration into the European Research Area. Methods. The study employed the methods of observation, generalization, comparison, content analysis ofthe official websites of leading Ukrainian universities and their libraries, statistical and mathematical methods, as well as systemic and socio-communicative approaches. Results.The study identified the incorporation status of the highest-ranking universities of Ukraine into the European Research Area through the effectiveness of their libraries in developing basic components of the Open Science ecosystem. The research clarified the necessity to intensify activities of the university libraries in creating research data repositories and forming a data management culture among scientists as a crucial element of Open Science.Conclusions.University libraries possess strong resources and human potential to enhance the effectiveness for developing the core components of the Open Science ecosystem (i.e., open access to publications; open research data; education and skills; research responsibility and integrity; research performance evaluation; citizen science). Systematic formation, promotion, and use of theOpen Science resources and tools by university libraries are essential conditions for the effective development of their ecosystem and for the improvement of Ukrainian higher education institutions’ productivity and quality of research activities.

    Мистецькі та видавничі проєкти за науковою темою Харківської державної академії культури «Педагогічні принципи театральної школи Леся Курбаса»

У презентації розкриваються наукові розвідки та основні мистецькі й видавничі проєкти, які були реалізовані науковцями, театральними педагогами ХДАК і кафедри режисури зокрема за відповідною науковою темою.
