Ідеологічні стратегії державної культурної політики України

Abstract

Розглянуто методологічні аспекти спадкоємності радянської та сучасної культурної політики України. Проаналізовано ідеологічні підвалини трансформації функцій виконавчих органів влади України у сфері культури. Виявлено змістову суперечливість офіційного визначення культури в сучасному українському законодавстві. Доведено, що концептуальний консерватизм та термінологічна інертність у формулюванні принципів діяльності Міністерства куль тури сприяють фундаменталізації ідеології етатизму в культурній політиці.Methodological aspects of continuity of Soviet and contemporary cultural policy in Ukraine. Analyzed the ideological foundations of the transformation functions of the executive authorities of Ukraine in the sphere of culture. Found substantial inconsistency of the official definition of culture in the modern Ukrainian legislation. It is proved that the conceptual and terminological inertia of conservatism in the formulation of the principles of the Ministry of Culture contributes to the fundamental nature of ideology of etatism in cultural policy.
