Abstract
Development of the Internet of Things (IoT) has become a significant factor in supporting economic growth, transforming buildings and cities into autonomous, selfregulating systems that operate independently of human intervention. These systems interact with the physical world by means of sensors, actuators, and control mechanisms, utilizing the existing internet protocols for data transmission, analytics, and decisionmaking.
