Комемораційні практики візуальної репрезентації Голокосту в культурній парадигмі України кінця ХХ – початку ХХІ століття

Abstract

Переосмислення Голокосту є наслідком глобалізаційних змін й включає створення відкритого міжкультурного діалогу, в якому розмежованість ролей «свідок»/»учасник»/»спостерігач» змішана та потребує вагомого чинника для окреслення колективної ідентичності. Комеморативні практики спроможні консолідувати у собі норми традиційного вшанування та інтерактивної візуалізації набутого досвіду. Підкреслено, що колективна та індивідуальна пам‘ять про трагедію єврейського народу не звичайна структура механічних дій, спрямованих на збереження й передачу травматичних переживань. У першу чергу це модель суб‘єктивної рефлексії, сконструйована під впливом зовнішніх детермінантів – ідеологічних, державних та історико-культурних. Ці структуротворчі чинники визначають характер і спрямованість комеморативних практик, коригуючи їх відповідно до суспільних потреб та політики пам‘яті.

Rethinking the Holocaust is a consequence of globalisation and includes the creation of an open intercultural dialogue in which the distinction between the roles of witness/participant/observer is mixed and requires a strong factor to define a collective identity. Commemorative practices are able to consolidate the norms of traditional commemoration and interactive visualisation of the experience. The author of the study emphasises that the collective and individual memory of the tragedy of the Jewish people is not an ordinary structure of mechanical actions aimed at preserving and transmitting traumatic experiences. First and foremost, it is a model of subjective reflection constructed under the influence of external determinants - ideological, state, historical, and cultural. These structuring factors determine the nature and direction of commemorative practices, adjusting them in accordance with social needs and memory policy. The researcher made an attempt to analyse Holocaust commemoration and its forms of implementation through the prism of the historical context, taking into account the dynamics and evolution of memorialisation.
